I challenge the buyer to reveal the serial number here new vs old, and check with Asus Malaysia to let everyone know if that's old or RMA unit, and also the date of RMA. Of course it's RMA unit since the serial number is different, and Asus should have kept record of RMA.
The unit I got was RMA never use again when I sold to the buyer, wrapped and kept with proper graphic card box. The back plate is very hard , it would require great force to bend it like that. It doesn't make sense for me to purposely go bend it for fun after claiming a new unit from Asus and go sell it to tarnish my reputation.
Based on my analysis it's the buyer trying to put the blame on seller after damaging the back plate or posmen take it out and damaged it during delivery.
