Item being bought: Asus R9 390X

Details of the complaint :

At the first, i requested some actual picture from the seller and he had sent me through whatsapp, base on the photo (attached below) it looks new and is a RMA unit. Then, i just asked the seller ''If cod at KL area, is that ok for u?'' (attached below) and he replied ''U pay for my transport RM200?'' that time i was thinking this kind of attitude really Sh..t.... but is ok, ''Good luck on your future business'' and i asked for the seller's bank detail for postage.

After few days, the R9 390X arrived, i unwrapped it and it just wrapped by a brown recycle paper. I tried to check the condition. Suddenly i found that, the backplate corner of the card is bended or melted as you can see on picture attached. During that time, i immediately contact the seller and ask why. He said "looks like melted? i dont know''. I'm not satisfy the product that i received and i asked for return and seller said ''The unit i sent is fine, anything u deal with asus or swisspac'' (Swisspac is the shop that he bought the card).

At the end, i just tell the seller i can't do anything, i only open a dispute thread and let other buyer know and he said ''i will let other seller know too'', i was like ''GOD REPLYING''..... i dint reply anymore.

Few days later, i went through mudah.my, i accidentally saw the seller post at mudah before(But now has been deleted). The pictures are exactly same with the picture i received from the seller. It stated ''used for 2 months plus'' can cod at penang/KL but the lowyat thread was stated RMA unit, i thought this is a RMA unit??? It means RMA unit can be used for 2 months or 2 years, i dont know.....

Based on my few days analysis, this might be the either poslaju or seller problem.

Yea, tested, working fine but only defected. Sad
