The way the seller responded to your question should serve as a warning flag. There is nothing you can do except taking it as a painful lesson and be more vigilante next time. Consider yourself lucky the unit is working fine except for the cosmetic defect

It looks like the card was damaged due to improper packing during transit with poslaju
