Legal and stamping fee for tenancy agreement

Hi,
Just want to check am i getting conned by my property agent. My rental is RM900 a month and its a 1+1 contract. But he is charging me RM500 for the tenancy and stamping fee. But i checked online also about RM300++ Paid deposit of RM900 and if don't sign then will lose the money. But can't help feeling like i'm being conned. |
