I have bid for this house back in October 2023. Wow thats frustrating. I saw in iherng video.. one girl bought an auction property, there were delays.. in the end her parents stepped in and paid for the property in cash while awaiting bank loan.I have bid for this house back in October 2023. Are you also heading in that direction? eg will be forced to pay for whole property first while waiting for bank to proceed with the loan? That would give me sleepless nights
