My case: I have bid for this house back in October 2023. Upon signing my lawyer informed me this will be double transfer, even though I check in POS the strata title has yet to be issued (my bad i should've check with land office). Fast forward to after 90 days, my lawyer said still pending with auction bank's lawyer, they need to get their client's consent/instruction before proceeding. I don't understand why bank want to delay this part? I have been granted extension for additional 90 days until April 2024 without penalty but i'm getting restless with bank's delay. Appreciate your constructive advice.

Yes, unfortunately it's with auction bank  my lawyer asked auction bank lawyer but they also cannot do anything until their client give them consent. I used auction agent's lawyer.
