got 1 question, if the auction unit we interested have TNB outstanding let's say 15K and TNB deposit paid by previous owner just 1k,

do we as the successful bidder have to pay to TNB remaining 14K?

or can directly change TNB to our name without paying single cents?

5 ACs perhaps, full blast 24/7, overdue for a year before TNB disconnected the electricity.

So maybe owner/tenant pay one month and ignore next 3 months, and pay again.

That's beside the point of my question.

where is the best source (without bleeding my wallet) to see the history of transacted auction price for any particular property.

won the auction unit and paid cash. can i later remortgage this auction unit to bank to get back my cash? if yes what's the trick?

Can get 70% from MV if prop 3rd and above?

Loan tenure also can max up until 70yrs old right.
