Anyone here got experience with auction property that involves double transfer?

The property is still under the developer's name and no direct transfer is allowed.. So the case is still under LACA case..

Will the case be on time to settle within the 120 days based on your experience?

Very unlikely

From my experience.

Taking a loan for auction is not difficult to meet the 90days.
1. Make sure u eligible for the loan amount. Sometimes DSR pass but due to lots of auction within same condo cause bank to be uncomfortable. If ur DSR is at the border line, u may have to standby cash
2. Most important is the right legal firm. Not all have experience in auction transfer and loan related.

My 2 cents

3. If apply loan, make sure the banker is familiar with auction property. Or else, standby headache

Q: Normally how much is the maintainance fees for low cost flats/ apartments say about 650sft to 5850sft with lifts ? Is there a JMB for low cost flats?  If the low cost flat is a walk up unit without lifts, does it still have maintainance fees? Just curious as im still a noob in this auction game...
