for me, willian still tahi, so he shouldn't start a game. sub? sure, why not. it's a gamble. if bats didnt score sure he and conte would get bashed for making those changes. but looking at current form of the players, bats and willian are super sub for us. we still need reinforcement for few postions tho

The batshuayi 2nd goal I was watching Willian on the attack. Dribble to the middle then do some stupid pass to nobody and off a defender. Lucky bakayoko header it into batshuayi way for him to score.

Willian good sub but not good enough. Needs to get his head screwed on right. He has the talent but his mentality or football awareness needs to improve

Willian is always kinda down face but never create problems for the club. This season he's been dip in form probably his age is catching up? He could be playing his last season with us.

Willian still a villian. He may be good at times but we still doubt him. Good when we see a team crushed under Huddersfield and we win.

He will not cry about injuries, so look for other things to cry about

good performance by michy and willian in the game but i'll reserve further comments until they can string few more good games consistently.

between the 2, i liked michy more. maybe he is much suited to 442 formation and he is definitely a super sub. pedro definitely need to start after this. such a live wire performance by him.

since the back three is the new meta now, maybe conte can do a miracle by going 442 and pull a surprise this way?

Yeah didn't seem like he changed formation. Zappacosta came in to subbed Pedro too so seems to fit.
