I'll share with you how my mother pronounce these word: smile.gif
門 mui, 酸 sng (or xerng like you wrote)
楊 eo (or eeou), 羊 eo
豬 ti, 魚 hi
鞋 ei
去 khi (or ki), 氣 khi (or ki)

There are a few other word to test your dialect variance, like
飯、火、生、雞、瓜、光、間、月
