QUOTE(elise_MOL @ Apr 17 2007, 11:01 PM) Hi there, which fitness first? join syd for the workout. she's a proYeah, i think being fit is all about lifesytle and making the right choices in food intake and exercise. I am a member of fitness first, but I am totally lost when it comes to weights training. I guess i need to read up and slowly ease into it. |
