It sound unfair as at the beginning the project was offered to all gov staff. Then 50% is allocated for 👮blue uniform. I know it is gov project ..they have the right to amend everything. It was like a block is for barrack

It has been announced recently that there would be a housing scheme for 👮. I thought it is going to be a new project or a new site. As the quote was 'akan dibina' not 'akan diperuntukkan'. The former should have been understood that the new project or new site. I wonder what is going to be next?
