Oug is better since still can walk to LRT muhibbah(500m). You also will walk near the flat muhibbah instead of jalan sunyi. Mercu jalil closest LRT is Kinrara which is in 3 km distance. Still, BJ city mall and taman rekreasi BJ is only 1 km. OUG place is crowded so Lrt will have lot of people. But price at OUG PPA1M is cheaper than PPA1m mercu bukit jalil. Pick the ones that suit you.
