Still on the fence whether to apply PPA1M OUG.
PROS: near LRT, IMU, TPM, Bukit Jalil City
CONS: near HTC (350m), near highway, surrounded by a number of Condo/apartment (PPR, Parklane, Jalilmas, Bukit OUG and etc)

Anyone know what will happen to the Indian temple sitting on the site? Moved or Incorporated?

1500 sqft yet no balcony! This is not Mont Kiara, the customer profile line dry their laundry.

Absolute price is more of a concern for buyers these days as easier to get financing / buyers in future.

Distance between 2 blocks is too near, maybe 20/30m. Those facing South-East will be blocked from morning sun except high floor or not facing RUMAWIP.
