No change on any rule.
But yes to your question. Can rent out. Here the market for PPA1M Bukit Jalil:

1000 sqft, rental RM950.
Bought at 150k.
Yield = 7.6%

Assume taking government loan, 4% 30 years, monthly repayment RM716.
Monthly maintenance fees at 0.15 psf + 10% sinking fund = RM165
Positive cash flow monthly = RM 69 (but if add in yearly fire insurance, cukai, etc, this will be gone. so just break even only)

Agents also sudah masuk. Wow.

Expected makin rancak the rental war when more agents entering the market to help \"buy but not staying owner\" connects with potential tenants.

PPA1M not allowed to rent out? Your source is from?
Is not stated anywhere in the web site or any legal documents. Not even stated in the S&P.

Yes, you will get back the money if you pay up 10% on your own before this.
Best is to refer to the lawyer. They will advice you better on this.
