Rumawip 100% confident can get. The status now already Semakan Urusetia.
Price wise, Rumawip 198k vs PPAM 240k, 1 parking vs 2 parking, 800sqft vs 1200sqft. Location from my office 18km vs 20km.

Thank you, luckily i'm not using lppsa yet. FYI, my company (semi-gov/badan berkanun) also have our own housing loan.
My plan now :
1st house - bank loan
2nd house - company housing loan
3nd house - lppsa

I already apply the project at 3PM today but when I do some research about the location, it's totally turn me off and I just cancel the application on spot. haha.

I interested with Bayu Andaman. Maybe this is the last PPAM project around KL areas? But looking at the finish product, seems very bad?

Plus my gross salary not even 4k, yet i'm still single. Should I go for this project? Currently im waiting for the Residensi Metro Kepong (Residensi Wilayah) offer 800sqft @ RM198k.

What do you guys think?

Anyway, I'm working at Jalan Ampang, PPAM Bayu Andaman just <10km from my office. <8km from my parent house.

Budget 300k better buy skyawani 4 even 800sqft? I go to the project site, the surround areas not that good and not up to the standard. No wonder reopen again and again.
