 Possible to compensate driver for cancellation?

My phone screen has strange moments of sensitivity, and I accidentally booked a grab without realising it. I didn't know until he started texting me that he had arrived, but I was already gone in another car. Feel quite bad about this, and was wondering if there is some way to send him points equivalent to the stated fare in the booking, as a kind of compensation?

I also face something similar to TS. Luckily Uber cancel policy can give driver RM 5. So I apologize to the drivers and happily let Uber charge my cc RM 5.

I was at car service centre, I was told I need to leave my car there. So I book Uber to go home. By the time Uber arrived, suddenly the service centre so free to immediately service my car, and ask me where's the defect part, wanna hear my complaints etc. I was like, damn I feel sorry for the Uber uncle in the Nissan Sentra so I waited to meet him and explain my situation. He's ok, he understood my situation as well. So dua2 happy.

Wish Grab would have something like this.
