hi Forummer, i got a shoplot rent offer...

their term is 2+2+2, but every renew contract is need to increase 15% for every renew... there is no stopping point ... i was wondering who facing this same situation also? yes, now is consider cheap... but if long term after 10 year i rent is getting expensive...

yes, i know we can choose to move after long term... but if move, all the renovation gone, new place need to resetup again, customer need to re inform again for the relocation hmm.gif hmm.gif

Frankly,... if the rent is REALLY cheap now,... take it up first,.. and when the rent starts to go up, just break the agreement and let them forfeit the deposits. Thiis is one way.

But calculate in everything-lar,... inclusive of loss of deposits later on to justify the total cost here to rent for this period.

Alternatively, as said by an earlier forummer, yeah,... who knows, yr business could be very good later, then you can surely take-up this space. And the landlord can increase the rental further too, right ?
