hi Forummer, i got a shoplot rent offer...

their term is 2+2+2, but every renew contract is need to increase 15% for every renew... there is no stopping point ... i was wondering who facing this same situation also? yes, now is consider cheap... but if long term after 10 year i rent is getting expensive...


yes, i know we can choose to move after long term... but if move, all the renovation gone, new place need to resetup again, customer need to re inform again for the relocation
