unless IN2 make some crazy move to have msia grand finals before the sg grand finals and let the 07 champs to go instead of the 06 champs

i couldn't say that theres a licensing issue since raptor gaming did have CS for WCG.SG
or probably the high powers from ICM korea already instructed raptor gaming for not having CS for pan-asia championship

as for DOTA..... well, to say the truth, its the kind of 'game' thats fun as friend's party/lan fest, but hardly goes up as a 'competitive' level

as we only see DOTA competition locally but not overseas/international level
