unless IN2 make some crazy move to have msia grand finals before the sg grand finals and let the 07 champs to go instead of the 06 champs
well it sounds unfair but then again, the national organizers might do crazy things

anyway the most reasonable factor of why CS is the lack of sponsors
i couldn't say that theres a licensing issue since raptor gaming did have CS for WCG.SG
or probably the high powers from ICM korea already instructed raptor gaming for not having CS for pan-asia championship

Find me any and I do mean any international DoTA tournament that has at least 64 DoTA teams taking part, with a prize pool of +- USD$100,000 than we'll talk more about DoTA over CS.
