Raining in Q3. Almost guaranteed pole to hamilton cheers.gif

Nailed it. He's on pole after an unreal lap. Both Force India on 2nd row (Ocon P3 is the best part)

bcz ham still got plenty points on hand. why should he take risk?  whistling.gif

actually (theoretically) if ham finished the rest of the season in podiums there might be a chance he still can win WDC

Well Alonso was able to win during Renault time with slightly lesser car then Schumy's Ferrari and Kimi's McLaren! Seb & Ham are the ones who have not yet won the title with slightly lesser cars so yeah if Ham can pull this off, then he will raise his status. This achievement is actually really rare in F1 and only a handful of drivers were able to do it, only Alonso 2005/06 and Senna 91 and maybe 90 as far as I can remember since I started following F1. The rest like Piquet, Prost, Mansell, Schumy, Hakinen, JV, Damon, Kimi, Ham, JB, Seb, & Nico all won on top machinery.
*
McLaren was still a top team with a top machinery in that time. 1990 is basically a modified 1989 car while 1991 car is all-new car with V12 engine. Go check back smile.gif

Honourable mentions: Keke Rosberg winning in an old-school naturally aspirated V8 engine while beating turbo cars but at that time turbo engines weren't reliable enough to finish a race.

Exciting Q3... mega_shok.gif

But.... will Ferrari let Kimi win? They're stupid if they don't.... hehehe. They still need Kimi to win constructors title.

Always noticed Vettel sometimes understeer since practice & qualifying. I think that's the cause of his accident vs hamilton.

Kimi's tyres looks like shot. No wonder he's 5-8 seconds behind Hamilton.

Also looks like Merc did a good job on the strategy, especially Bottas.

So who will fill that void? My expectation is Lando Norris.... (although I don't know if he have enough points for superlicence).

Edit: Confirmed, it's Norris.

Mick Schumacher totally dominating this weekend in european F3 (winning 3 out of 3 races). Even better it's his home race. Potential F1 drive in 5 years but it's too early to say.

can Leclerc win WDC in the future?

After Vettel leave or retire, Ferrari might groom him as their star driver. Or he'll be like Massa or Barrichello (eternal no. 2).

Bottas has gone full Barrichello.... probably even worse.

Well I still have F2 & european F3 but drivers championship on both series are almost done & dusted.

Vettel is unhappy with Ferrari strategy... Questioning the inter... Maybe Ferrari nowadays treats driver only as employees and don't let them weight in into the decision.

Great results for Honda. They improved a lot. Meanwhile alonso....

Mick Schumacher just won the european F3 title. It'll be fun to see him in F2 next year.

Next stop: Macau GP (would like to see him winning it like his dad).

Wasted my time reading reddit & I discovered the upgrades are actually hindered Ferrari performance.... the USGP spec car are reverted to Spa spec.
