QUOTE(6UE5T @ Sep 13 2020, 11:36 PM) QUOTE(RalphRatedR @ Sep 13 2020, 11:41 PM) -1 but still at least a point. Surprised Vettel couldn't close the gap to Kimi but Russell couldn't do much. Most importantly, fastest Ferrari engined driver 2 races in a row despite a 'crap' car.Edit: dammit I'm drunk, it's 2. Nearly thought Vettel & Russel gained on Kimi a bit. |

QUOTE(birain @ Sep 15 2020, 02:11 AM) sanction him and barred him from anymore BLM's. it's getting very annoying and focus on pure racing. Add to his penalty points.https://www.crash.net/f1/news/944585/1/hami...a-taylor-tshirt |

QUOTE(6UE5T @ Sep 15 2020, 10:01 AM) Yeah, getting lame. He is also just a follower, not a leader. When other sports started the kneeling, then he followed. When others using BLM shirt, then he followed. This last shirt is also following what Naomi Osaka was doing. Worse is he demands others to follow him also. I am surprised some still kneel with him, seems like they're scared of him too. Not even happening in his country pun. He should just move to Indy, suits his behavior better. |

QUOTE(6UE5T @ Sep 15 2020, 12:04 PM) None of these athletes also actually do anything concrete aside from showing off with all their antics. They all should follow example of Michael Jordan and put their money where their mouths are. MJ didn't even say much, just suddenly donate $100M for the next 10 years. I mean Indy as in go America.Indy actually does not even do all that kneeling shit! |

QUOTE(sp6068 @ Sep 16 2020, 08:24 PM) Bottas Doesn’t Like Challenging Lewis Hamilton: Former F1 Driver Slams Mercedes Driver Over Mugello Flop https://www.essentiallysports.com/f1-news-t...r-mugello-flop/ Speaking on BBC’s F1: Chequered Flag podcast, Palmer said, “Bottas doesn’t like challenging Hamilton. He talks a lot on the radio. He really talks it up a lot. “[At Mugello] he was like, ‘I want to do whatever Lewis doesn’t do’ and before [at Spa] he was like ‘why didn’t you give me the overtake option? You didn’t talk about this in the briefing’.” Unfortunately Bottas is not as aggressive as Nico to bring the fight to his teammate QUOTE(6UE5T @ Sep 17 2020, 01:08 AM) Agree somewhat. Lewis talks too much when he isn't leading too. |

Will definitely watch MotoGP instead. Maybe just watch the F1 race start only and bits and pieces.

LH penalty points retracted. Was hoping him to get 1 race ban soon.

Honda Leaving F1 end of 2021 Red Bull and AlphaTauri are on the search for a new power unit supplier after the shock announcement that Honda will withdraw from Formula 1 at the end of 2021. The Japanese engine manufacturer returned to the championship in 2015 with McLaren, having been inspired by the new breed of power units that focused on hybrid and energy recovery technology. They suffered a difficult and unsuccessful partnership, culminating in them splitting up and Honda joining forces with Toro Rosso for 2018, before taking on Red Bull as a works team the following year. Across the two teams, they have clinched five race victories to-date in their two-and-a-half-year partnership with the Red Bull family. However, Honda have decided not to continue beyond their current arrangement with Red Bull and AlphaTauri, which exists until the end of next year year. That will leave Formula 1 with three power unit suppliers – Mercedes, Ferrari and Renault. Under the current rules, Renault would be obliged to supply Red Bull and AlphaTauri with engines as they currently have the fewest customers, unless the teams can convince Mercedes or Ferrari to provide a supply. Red Bull – on behalf of both their works team and AlphaTauri – have recently committed to the new Concorde Agreement, which binds them to the championship until the end of 2025. |

Honda can claim proven F1 technology for their 1.5L turbo Civic and Accord. Mission accomplished.
