Decided to go around shopping for new upcoming condo units instead.

Eyeing on the Razak City residence thing at the moment. Will check out their showroom later.

Depend on your preference.

Because now days new development tend to have all the complete facilities but of course with higher maintenance fees.

I prefer old units because most of it is 'freehold' and spacious.

New condo 400k = 900 sq ft

Old condo 400k = 1200 sq ft

Thats from my own observation since i'm looking for a condo as well.

Plus old condo's you can ask the tenants and check out online hows the review of that place so far.
