There isn't anything considerably better that isn't going to cost you more money.
Your best best is getting an AIO watercooler

Your best best is getting an AIO watercooler I'm not interested in liquid cooling tho. Top tier air costs less, and I'd say is way more dependable and cools just as well, especially at same noise levels. Problem is I have no idea which to buy atm with my current setup.

If you have extra budget, you can invest to Cryorig other than Noctua. Check some reviews online and pick the best within your budget and preferred design. Looking at your OC, your temp is still fine. You can start to worry whenever the temp shoots > 95 deg under full load. Try to play around with vcore as it can greatly influenced the max freq of you proc. Cheers mate.

Was just reading on a review which put Noctua D15 and Cryorig R1 ultimate within 1c of each other in multiple tests. Which I will choose depends on my CPU-PCIE & RAM clearance tho.

Noctua website is excellent for checking motherboard compatibility

Currently im on ID cooling due to aesthetics.

When OCed my Phenom II x4 965 cannot reach to 3.9Ghz on prime95, will BSOD (I know it temperature limit reach already) But stable on 3.8Ghz never reach 70c on load.
