Bro. It is new car n delivered from factory n will send for inspection b4 preregister under dealer. We dont hv lemon law. Car once registered cant reject.
It is big branch that keep lots of ready stock honda cars. I x know the real reason. I guess due to mco wana hit sale target to maintain their large allocation of stock from factory. Or mayb this method can get more exemption from sst 😂 since ckd 100% exemption but our final consumer dint recieved the full exemption

Most likely play around with the sst exemption. Coz given two option to register ur car once arrived. Either direct register or u can choose the offer to preregister it
