Are the ones in the following link suitable?

Probably you can check with Hingan for the part.

Yeah, if really can tahan that feeling
In the end don't care much

Initial small scratch the front bumper
Think of changing new bumper

Almost travel from penang to KL to buy of a guy here

Then hold off, the guy end up selling to other people before I lock it down

Now got 2 more bigger scratch added
Maybe some day will get is spray again whole piece

But really brand new car is really hearth ache to have such problem
*
Lol... I have my fair share of bumper story too...
Went to order a new facelift bumper (mine is pre-facelift) due to broken clips.
After couple of days, didn't really like the looks of the FL bumper, so I went to Hingan, bought a new pre-FL bumper and brackets, and managed to sell the FL bumper.
Man... The process was so time consuming, having to travel to places. It was my poor judgment at the end of the day.
Since then, with some stone chips on the bumper and hood, that didn't bother me anymore. I just don't wanna go through the hassle again biggrin.gif

Hingan serve me well for parts. Original and best bang for money. Just many complaints difficult to get parking there.
*
Damn right... Parking there is horrible, not to mention the traffic as well. LOL.

Android Auto can be directly installed from Malaysia Play Store - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...ection.gearhead - or at least it was last year. I already sold off my last Android phone last year.
*
If your device is running on Android 10 and above, AA is by default available - i.e. there won't be a standalone AA app on your device.
Once you plugged your device to your HU, AA will launch automatically.

Yeah those with standard android 10 and above have do away the icon

I have it because I installed AA since android 9 and it carried over

So you cannot turn on AA without connecting to a car HU and use the phone as a display right?
*
Yea, in order to access AA settings, device needs to be plugged onto HU.

I'm planning to change my front and rear brake pads, and I will purchase them from Hingan.
Can anyone recommend a workshop around Klang Valley that knows how to install Civic brake pads? I know some sort of skill is required due to the e-brake.

I think any workshop can do for u.. not really need special skill for e-brake.

Last sat changed my 4 tyres + rear brake pads from the tyre shop. I see him install brake pads like very easy.. both side like 10-15mins done.  biggrin.gif

and all working fine.
*
Oooh.. Really? I saw some post some time ago that the workshop didn't disable the e-brake. Upon completion, system error occurred on the meter cluster.
Hmm.. Let me check with my regular workshop if they are able to do it - which I think they can la smile.gif

Since you're using AA, did you experience issue in getting the GPS signal locked?

Nope, no issue in getting GPS signal. Only used to have issue with GPS with Waze, but that's because my phone use to be in the compartment under the HU.
*
I used to have good GPS lock for Maps, like instantly. Only last couple of monthly it takes times or at times, never at all to lock the GPS.
I had to launch Waze, and switch back to Maps in hope that Maps will lock the GPS. Usually it works. Small chances that it wouldn't.
I suspect is my device issue, not much of any external factors.

Anyone know what is the model of fender bulb? The Honda service centre charge 70 per bulb. Does it expensive? Can get replacement outside?
*
The side marker bulbs? I'm using Mr DIY's, around RM12 per pair (T10 LED).

Yup, the side bulb. Honda quote me RM70 for the bulb. Thanks for the info. The bulb from DIY so far so good?
*
Yep, been using for the past 2 years I think, or slightly more. Still the first pair used smile.gif

Hi, anyone has the list of changeable part number for civic FC? Eg, the air cleaner element, cabin filter, spark plug and etc.

Easier to buy from outside if we have this part number. Worry buy wrong parts  sweat.gif

The part number i mean is as below one:

I use this site to check for part numbers.
A disclaimer, this is only for reference. You may need to check with the shop for actual part number smile.gif - should not differ much.
Hope it helps.

It's about time to replace from front brake pad and as usual, Honda will cut throat with their replacement price.

Any recommended brand?

I bought the front and rear brake pads from Hingan, went to my regular workshop for change. Total cost RM600 - RM700.
