Hey sorry for the late reply, didn't get notifications on this.
Installed the tint and rear spoiler with SA (RM2.2k) and the rest of the bodykit outside for RM700.
If everything was done with SA it would have costed me RM5.3k (yeap daylight robbery at its finest)

How's the warranty then? Void?

Why void

the body kit hardly can affect any thing

the spoiler different , since there is wiring
*
Ya lo, wanna pasang the back wing/spoiler ma. So when you pasang that, it voids the car warranty?

Not whole car warranty. Only the place where it's attached. Unless you wire brake lights to it, then electronics warranty might be out too...
*
Hmm, in that case I wonder which part of the car's warranty is affected. Few possible places the brake lights and back sensors. What else? hmm.gif

Electronics warranty void due to potential (potential) bad wiring which would short that particular line. If you go to SC with cincai mentality, whole car electronics void. But usually only void that line which the added brake light connects to the fuse( which the fuse is used to protect the whole car from a bad line from)

Easy case is to remove the wiring for the brake light wiring first before doing any claims. If not, normal service SC won’t check that much, especially since they are too busy with so many cars to be serviced.

Good service advisor would know what is what and won’t kacau you that much.

Good advice there! Any good service center to recommend?

What's a Ducklip Spoiler? or you meant deck lip spoiler?

Was planning to get the spoiler like the Civic Type-R.

Tyre r spoiler need to do drilling

I mean drilling hole will not void any part of ur car warranty i believe
*
Oh that's good to hear. Takut nanti service center blame drilling affected the wire and etc. But I believe tak ada affect la unless I wire the brake light to the spoiler. But I think Type-r spoiler no brake light 1.
