i've been in such situation b4.

being a hail ride user, i know sure need to wait for ride, sometimes up to 20m.

got once, i book from home, but i pur pick up address at bus stop near my house, coz i dun wan them to know my address.
so as usual, i book while i at home, then when get driver edi, then i will walk to bus stop, which is less than 5m away, 1m if i run.

this driver was 3-4m away, according to grab app.
i put a msg, "i'll be there in less than 5m".
the driver reply, "i dont wait, pls rebook when u're ready".
i was like, wtf man....
i straight away reply, "u're not even in the area yet. if u wan cancel, go ahead & cancel it urself".
then i keep waiting until he eventually cancel.
