pernah kena this kind of rider. put pickup location jalan loke yew....

when call ask where their exact location, they answered they are waiting under the flyover near a traffic light.....

and for those who use grab and dont know it yet because Grab has a tendency to not tell riders the maximum waiting time for some reason unbeknownst to me.

grabcar/justgrab : 5 minute max waiting time after the driver arrive but not applicable at shopping malls and some apartment and condominium . shopping malls u be at the pickup point then you order.
grabshare : 3 minutes max waiting time. not applicable for the same type of location as grabcar

multiple stop, 5minute max wait time and 2 minutes at the 1st drop. if your friend not there at the 2nd pickup location then either you get down or you continue the trip alone.

some grab drivers are incentive hunters and they need to maximize their trips per hour.

some grab drivers are fare hunters. they dont mind waiting abit more aslong as the fare is higher. but if rm3 ride yo make them wait 10 minutes then prepare for a bad review from them.

enough bad review from drivers will get rider acc suspended.

u have to think also the drivers are human, they are not robots. later he call u up to say he needs to go pangsai , you also cancel it yourself later...
