You can estimate your arrival time very closely with the driver location.
Furthermore whether it's Grab or Uber - they have allocated / allowed WAIT time.

My post was in reference to that case in particular, saying that if the driver asked her to rebook then just go ahead because it's not difficult, nothing serious to warrant a complaint over FB.I haven't cancelled any bookings before.
