well, i'm trying to shoot pics of my nephew inside the house. so, at being young age, he's hyperactive. the problem is i keep getting blurred hands/legs because he moved too much. i tweak my Aperture and Shutter but I'll get either that (blurred hands/legs) or dark pics (because of EV at -2). Is there any thing else I need to tweak? My WB is auto so as my ISO.

blink.gif is there such a thing? i think what you saw is the metering...not flash compensation...that meter is to tell you whether your pictures are properly exposed or not... Flash compensation will never move unless tweaked...
*
oh yah yah yah.. sorry.. got confused.. yeah, the metering will move whenever i adjust the aperture and/or shutter..

i'll try to bump up my ISO now plus adjusting my flash compensation .

goliath, don't be afraid to push ISO up as high as you can. 1600 - 3200. also nmind la. whether the noise is acceptable is for you to decide.

assuming you're using DSLR, try Aperture priority mode with highest aperture available at highest ISO setting.
*
Yeap. I'm using 40D. I tell you, the weight is killing my shots.. Most of my shots are blurred because of the d*mn camera weight.

I'll try as you said.. smile.gif

eh. your 40D comes with grip? smile.gif a 350D with grip also heavy already.

which lens are you using with your 40D in that situation? F3.5-5.6 18-55?
*
Nope. Just the body and lens (F3.5-5.6 18-55mm) smile.gif

I think I can use it as my temporary dumbbell (if it comes with the grip) laugh.gif
