Okay, so I'm very noob at this whole thing. I'm planning on getting the S8 but I don't know whether I should just pay for the full retail price at an official authorized Samsung store or get it cheaper at Lowyat. I want to buy it by today and I was wondering how all these phone shop booths work at Lowyat work and how they're selling their phones cheaper. They claim that they're all original and warranty by Samsung but can someone explain to me in full detail about this whole thing on whether I should get the phone cheaper at a booth or a samsung store?? ELI5

You can get it for RM2599 in Lazada. It is original product and warranty (1 year) covered by Samsung Malaysia. But, if you purchase from Samsung store, you will get another extra 1 year warranty + Samsung screen protection (1 - 1 screen replacement within 1 year warranty period)

As mentioned, buying from official store gives you extra warranty which would be helpful. If you don't plan on coming back to Malaysia, then extra warranty doesn't matter, better just get from cheaper shop outside. |

why not buy it at lazada, qoo10 or shopee? you would probably get it below 2599.

You need to buy it separately. There's no different in term of package that you will get whether buying from outside or Samsung stores. As long the warranty stated it covered by SME, then it's all good. |
