Since Note4 I use the stock browser till now. No regret at all. Also the phone is not burdened with so many apps as I can disable the Chrome.

yea, chrome better since can sync all the bookmark

i'm using chrome too XD. yet i choose not install default browser, it save some space rather then disabled chrome.

the most important is, google involving in internet and search engine for many years, anything security issues i pretty sure chrome gonna get update first. if Samsung, aha.... wait wait wait, because is Samsung.

Camera I would say one of the best in the market. Batt life is so so only. If you use fingerprint sensor heavily then u will find the sensor is not as good as other brand. Performance wise it will shine a lot due to its processor and 6GB ram. Infiniti display is somewhat caught my attention a lot and fell in love with it. Overall, I would rate this phone 8.5/10. Could be better if they improve batt life.

No problems so far for me. Camera is good, battery life is not outstanding but gets the job done for me.

Whether or not it is worth the upgrade depends on your current device and budget.

Is everyone here happy with Samsung's stock browser? Anyone else using any alternative (preferably not Chrome)?

you can try Samsung internet browser beta too, all the latest feature one step ahead. Get from playstore instead galaxyapp store, more updated.

i could see in a couple of months time ,there should be lots of N8 user dumping their N8 at garage sales due to the fed-up-ness of the short SOT battery life unless they are light users or those who dont move about alot but there is a cure and that is to always bring a powerbank along or charge their N8 in the car.just need to adapt and change one's lifestyle .life can be miserable even using the best phone in town

those smart buggers who dont mind lesser features for browsing should opt for Sammy stock browser as it consume much less battery life compare to the always thirsty and hungry Chrome
