Actually, I prefer to rest Wiljnaldum. I don't see much contribution from him.

Away game mah that's why laugh.gif

To be honest, I don't see much contribution from him for the last 4 games which we drew.

Next is Spurs who played well and drew with Real, and they played with 2 strikers in Bernabeu. Talk about positive football.

Milner and Can should be the fixed starter since they can dribble with the ball.

Gini and Henderson can switch between themselves because they have the same style. They are like the guys who got away because they don't make any mistake. Cant have too many of them at a time.
*
I like Milner because he is critical. He goes forward with intent to attack and tracks back very well. When he goes forward, he puts the ball into dangerous areas. If he's not on the ball, he make sure he runs into spaces. Gini doesn't, Gini passes the ball and stands there waiting for something to happen next.

That's what you get. A manager who can't even attract players despite playing in UCL.

I already fucking forget how long we have been criticising Lovren, and yet he still is the first choice CB, a literally cibai.

well we had a very good defender but he was sold to Crystal Palace.

At least we don't have to watch Gini stand around the pitch today.

You don't lose 5-0 to Man City and 4-1 to Spurs because of bad defenders.

You lose 5-0 and 4-1 because you have a manager who can't deal with the league.

Are our players worse than Spurs? I don't think so.

Manager? Most likely.

Lovren vs Vertonghen
Mig vs Lloris
Hendo vs Demble (usual starter)
Can vs Alli
Firmino vs Kane

I know who i would pick from those options. In fact, I think only Cout could get into Spurs line up, just beat Eriksen by a whisker. Maybe Mane & Salah too
*
Well, Mr Klopp chose to spend 40M on Ox and keep saying mig's a good goalkeeper. haha

Bournemouth only lose 1-0 lol

Even Stevie Wonder can see how bad Mignolet is. But not Klopp.

Poor Coutinho stuck with this team and manager.

Feels like Klopp is the next Souness.

The genius in Klopp already spent half of it on Ox la.

Even if he get every penny, not sure what player he can attract. Can't even attract VVD.

Even Klopp was surprised with Ox last minute signing. He's a club signing to break even our transfer business. Another season with positive net spending will put the owner under heavier criticisms. Most managers don't have a luxury like Wenger to has full control over players signing. This is not FM game and it's not how we operate.
*
Show me a source saying he didn't want to sign Oxlade.

Ya can't get VVD, there should be a good number of defenders who would want to come. Yet, he sold Sakho who in my opinion is our best defender, and continued starting Lovren and Mignolet who in my opinion won't even start for Everton.

Oh, and he rather spend that money on Oxlade, who was on the bench 9 games in a row.

Dont think top spot makes that much of difference, with RMadrid, Juve, Bayern all potentially finishing second. We are definitely going to bump into the so-called elites sometimes soon, IF we do make the KO round. If we are gonna just get knocked out, the sooner the better IMO, so that we can focus on the league, especially as we are not really lucky with injuries this season.

p/s: not replying to u only, but since yours is the last, so yeah
*
We used to be really good against top teams and crap against smaller teams. Heck, now it's hard to tell.

Good win nonetheless yesterday. Looks like Maribor is just happy to be at Anfield, it was all smiles for Handanovic after the game lol.

We really need Sturridge to get more games and seriously, Trent can play well, I hope he get more time too.

On a separate news, Feyenoord fans light up the stadium and sing YNWA for Brad Jones’ son who passed away 6 years ago today.
