Tq alpina and yakming,....

Well, they never did ask us to chip-in, they just asked for my approval to paint the building to their desired colors,... I believed it's fro their business purposes, to make it more attractive. Hence,... I believed they will fork-out to paint first. But what if we need to revert to original color later,... that's the hard part, right ?

And,... then I increase the rental,.. it's not very nice for the tenants,... what's a good behaviour for tenants ??
