I face a big problem
Last friday morning I port one number at 815, it success after that I port another number by using same log in around 840. payment success, but did not port in. I do it again around 11am, this round payment success and port success by using different credit card. Now I check my bank statement, it charge me RM31.80 for two transactions (one is success, one is failed) my another cc also charge me RM31.80. Since they do not have customer service email, how should I contact them? i try to chat with them but no one entertain me...... |
