Item have been sent out on 30 Aug. I didn't expect the Gbros TechMart use airpak and i didnt know airpak reputation until my parcel has not reached me for weeks. Not even update unless i chase them.

6 sept
> 1st delivery and manage make it in time.
> the driver told me that item didn't load into his truck. Only the address form.

8 Sept - 13 sept
> contact 3 more time with the driver and he said he already contact with person in charge, but officer didn't respond.

14 sept - 20 sept
> Make 3 calls to airpak at PJ.
> On 20 sept(3rd call), cs told me a person call me later. A phone call later and i answered.
> That guy didn't speak anything or answer anything then hang up straight.
> I immediately call(2 times, didnt answer phone) back, sms and whatsapp, he didnt reply at all. Whatsapp, he saw, but didnt replied.

21 sept
> Call again, same thing.
> Decided go to the PJ airpak for self collection.
> After long wait, the person show up, guess what he say?

He : CN(the address pieces) detached from the parcel and only CN goes to office.
He : I will follow up and update you on saturday/monday
Me : what is your phone number in case you calling?
He : xxxxxxxxxx

Exactly the guy that didn't answer my call.

Me : I call, sms and whatsapp you yesterday, but you didnt respond.
He : My phone was borrow to other people.
Me : you call me, but didnt answer.
He : That's not me calling.
Me : ...


I go back with empty hand, but seriously? Didn't even brother to update/explain to me.

At this point, my parcel probably already gone and nothing i can do.

Update: The wait continue indefinitely.

Update 2: It seems like the seller, Gbros TechMart giving excuse and didn't bother to help.

Hi, sorry for the late reply as we are not active in LYN anymore until I saw this thread via google. We understood your frustration but CN detached from the parcel weren't even our mistake to begin with, but the courier did. We can only place the blame to the courier and improve the quality of labeling special instructions on the parcels clearly on the delivery details.

I don't know what order is this as you didn't stated what was the item/order and via which platform you purchased from so I will just stop here. You are always welcome to contact us and we will help you out. Perhaps this case is resolved but you never updated it here, let us know if it's not resolve so we can find out whatever information/assistance we can bring to you, thanks.
