Hi guys,

Ive been using Outlook 2013 for the longest time.

All of a sudden, it stopped working. I can send emails from it, but it wont show on my laptop SENT folder. However it shows on my phones SENT folder.

I can receive mails with no issue.

So I thought i would remove my account and re-install outlook.

After reinstalling, everything works fine EXCEPT, I cant send and reply emails.
Because the "From" section, where it should be "myname@domain.com.my", is empty and I cannot type in it. There is this:-

Anyone have any idea whats going on?

TIA

Try compose email by pressing New Email >
Options >
There's a "FROM" Button >
You should see something here >
Otherwise, setup your Sent From email by selecting the dropdown button and choose"Other Email Address"

Thats the thing, I can enter anything there, but it doesnt allow me to click "OK". only "Cancel".
At the "Send using" part, it just says choose an account but no accounts to choose!

The best step is to do a backup of your emails and contacts or you can copy the pst file to an external drive.

Then, delete your account in the outlook and then setup all over again. After that make sure that you import back the pst file that you backed up.
