In the event u guys r interested in tis R10, would u get an awesome lake view with nice sunset view but the heat? Or facility view which ll hav the future township view as well 🤔

Hard decision for tis hor. Facing issue. Not gonna discount another giant building on waterfront in the future. But lake view is afterall sibeh sui. 👍

In terms of project delivery, my opinion is that they are way ahead of other more prominent developers

Probably wow factor in design. All along we know condos here r simply just ordinary in design. So hope for sthg different.

DPC need JV partner? themself already very strong in term of overall and most important cash is not a problem for them, why they need JV partner?
