Someone stealing neutral bar at the substation.
Report to tnb

In the mean time, be ready to kill the switches.
Else install a overvoltage relay to trip the main breaker

it could also be one of your neighbour doing renovation.
the live wire shorted to neutral causing the voltage increase.

really recommended to get a voltage stabilizer for all your equipment. not very expensive

neighbour short Blue to neutral


ts will kena 415V red to neutral
