Can any1 enlighten me? I jus spoken to a representative at maybank she kept telling me i overspent my credit limit. My current outstanding credit usage is way below the limit of my card based on maybank2u app and therefore i cant perform any transaction. So how can that happen?

But isnt as long my current outstanding is below the limit, i shld be able to continue using the card? This doesnt make sense to me..

I check via the link, my outstanding credit limit was -5.5k

So i jus cleared off and pay everything, where my m2u app currently show almost outstanding balance of 0. But when i visit the link again, my credit limit is only 1k? Lol what is happening.

I make funds transfer via m2u app from savings account. Yes so now the m2u web show my cl is 1k. But my outstanding js almost 0

Any other alternative to get cashback for indah water? m2u doesn't allow cc payment for indah water

I’ve accidentally key in 3 times wrong MSOS code for online transaction. (Due to unable network)
When I try again, after I key in my card details, it bring me to page stating unable to verify by VISA. No MSOS code receive after that..
call to Maybank, Maybank keep telling me no problem on my card.. ask me to try again n claim is the online website problem.. I try to make online purchase at another website, same error message.. what can I do? It seem like my card been blocked for online transaction now

I didn’t mean anything, just saying ur case is MasterCard n mine is Visa with error stating card has been block from verified by Visa authentication.

Yeah, I go n bug CS, n this time was lucky to have smarter CS who know the issue, n she said she help me to “reactivate” the online purchase n try again after 5 min. N now I can use it for online purchase. The previous CS keep telling me no issue from what he see from their system n ask me to try again. That’s y I thought is VISA issue n not MBB issue. So, finally the smart CS solve my problem after I tell her the error msg.

Probably need to replace a new card, same case like entering PIN incorrectly for more than 3 times after CS already reset once for u.
