i6, after updated ios11 become slightly laggy (especially when trying to move apps around) and 1-2 sec minor freeze on some app launching sometimes. but to me not a big issue, still can live with it.
battery wise can't find much diff compared to ios10, im still charging twice a day.
the only thing I don't like about ios11 is the signal bar on top left. i still prefer the previous design (5 dot).

i6 on iOS 11.0.1, solved laggy issue. very smooth now. the only thing that still slightly slow is screenshot, it will like delay 1 second before the screen captured.

QUOTE(realitec @ Dec 18 2017, 10:59 AM) Improvement in battery alot? Or its slightly better a bit only. I depends on assistive touch alot as I always have a dilemma to protect my phone. I don't press home button and power button since i bought it. As I set "raise to wake" so that i won't press home/power button, and finger print to unlock by putting my finger there only. hmm the home button not really a physical button so is okay to use it.

QUOTE(realitec @ Dec 18 2017, 08:14 PM) Alright bro, understood that Thanks~ actually is better to use all physical buttons as much as you want during the first year. just in case if any defect or it get loose at least you can claim for warranty during the first year rather than you found out the defect in 2nd year which the warranty already expired.

QUOTE(dikae @ Dec 19 2017, 11:44 AM) buttons are being covered in warranty right? i.e home button failure? or it is considered wear and tear.. yup covered. 1 of my colleague last time bought a 5s and super sayang the phone and never use any physical button except the power button, not even during purchase checking time. after a year+ 1 day she try to use the volume button but 1 of the button not responsive at all. she think most probably due to factory defect since she so sayang her phone and never use those buttons before takkan suddenly rosak. go to service center and they told her if within the year she found out and will giving a 1 to 1 replacement. (that time 1 to 1 not as fishy as now). so after listen her story i always advise people to use their phone button as much as we can within the first year just in case anything happen we can still claim for it. after 1 year warranty ended liao then we can start sayang the phone by use those buttons as less as we can.

QUOTE(realitec @ Dec 19 2017, 01:20 PM) By that time I am using Samsung though, thats why impressed by Apple. But now, Apple only repair the phone instead of changing it 1 to 1. this is very true, they only will allow 1 to 1 changes provided they can't fixed the issue. but at least is better find out some potential defects/issue during the warranty period to avoid any hassle and regret afterward.

QUOTE(Error404 @ Dec 19 2017, 02:18 PM) I don't think Apple will give refurbished set, anyway if true i'm fine cos they're giving additional x months warranty on the replaced set. By the way, the set the replaced for me looks new & wrapped nicely in film (like new set), just without box only. actually it is renew/refurbished set. that's the reason 1 to 1 exchange are without box, and only come with extra 3 months warranty. last time friend worked in machines service center. those actually are defect set that sent in by other customers, after fixed it, change housing and everything necessary. it is still literally new, no difference with new set though.

QUOTE(chicaman @ Dec 19 2017, 05:27 PM) Hows iOS11 so far? Stable? I am still on iOS10 lol depends on your device. if you not really needed the features in iOS11, is better for you to stay in iOS10 especially elder devices. heard that so far the most stable & best version is iOS10.3.3. i've seen some people wanna buy a second hand device but specifically only for iOS10.3.3.

don't trust max capacity showed cause it is just a beta. heard that some people after reset their phone it can back to 100% from 95%.
if you want for more accurate data can try the app "lirum info lite".
