My mobile topup RM100 kena cancel too

No problem with my digi number.

wadafak, i jz realised that my order has been cancelled. no email, no inform, no notification, no nothing, they jz cancelled it silently. shite        anyone experiencing the same?

Their tactic is "refund has been initiated" notice of cancel...by the time u enquire@marah2 say cannot do anythg cos oledi initiate refund😡😡😡

I receive lazada email reply to another customer,
and the email content is credit voucher 

And then I reply and cc email to

After few days, I receive a call from lazada regarding this issue,
Tat guy offer me SV,
but until now didn't receive it. 

Only UMobile got canceled. But both reload to different phone lines.

Raised to CS and they're investigating into why.

Case 1
I bought Tyres and was charged Shipping fee, RM1.50 for tyres delivery....but here's the catchy part.

So I called Lazada CS, and talked to Ikram, MY agent. Explained that tyres won't be delivered to my house but fixed at seller workshop. Hence proceed to refund the shipping charges.

Case 2
UMobile credit reloads canceled. Talked to the same Agent, and explained the issue and demand explanation on why canceled. After put on hold for 30 seconds, will escalate to next department to re-issue  the voucher. 
Please talk softly and be nice to the Agent. They'll help you more if you be a *good* customer.
