No you may not cancel. You only can cancel within the first hour of purchase. Other than that you'll need to wait it to reach your doorstep and only return. And make sure the reason you give is valid, else they can reject your return as well.

i returned item to their warehouse and 30 days passed, they keep on said already refunded to me and show proof of refund, however i never see the refund reflected on my cc statement also, email a lot to them and also live chat, like no use also, they keep on telling the same thing.

Sounds like similar to my case. they offered me sum up voucher of refund + sorry voucher together about rm100 voucher which I refused.
I opt for refund to my card just as I paid. No sorry voucher is fine. Then he offered refund (to my acc) + sorry voucher. I accept.
Then till now, no sign of refund reflect in my acc.
