Hi guys, setting up living room. Would like recommendation on a 65" 4K UHD TV, budget about 5.5k tops, but of cause if can get cheaper i'd be happier.
I cant make up my mind about those good and lasting brands.

My choices would be :

Sony>Samsung>others

but then recently i've read many reviews about the upcoming China brand TCL which offers high quality TV for cheap price. Anybody has any experience with TCL or the other brands mentioned?

Aside, do ya'll have soundbars at home? worth getting a soundbar ?

Usually how long does it take to wait for this? looks cool. I have limited knowledge on TV brands and what not, but house will be done by Nov this year, hopefully released by then

Well, it'll be real bad if i wait 2-3months and when the product arrives in malaysia and its above 5.5k and outta my budget, i'll be rushing around to get another product.

Are there other recommendations beside this?


That's way off my budget. add another 2k+ and can get a OLED samsung 65".

Hmm, i'm residing in jb, so can't really go till KL to do the shopping. Abit skeptical about ordering online stuff really. thanks for recommendation i'll look around my area for the same brand. Quick question, do they categorize soundbar according to the viewing distance? example, for TV's there's like certain viewing distance for different sizes.



I really cant imagine spending 10k on a TV tbh. I still have other parts of the house for renovation
so tryna get the best choices according to my budget and my limited knowledge on TVs

X80H 65" is priced at 4.8k MYR. Is it possible to go any lower? say, merdeka or whatevs?
