65" 4k TV at a price tag of $2900 is quite attractive but this is a 2018 model .
The drawback being Samsung has removed way too many features on their 7100 series .

If you have a bit more budget to spare I suggest getting the the RU7400 / NU7400 instead .

The Sony 65" X7000G has also dropped below $3500 .
Same goes for the X8000G models . Both featuring wider color reproduction for HDR viewing .

LG 's UM7300 series is also roughly at the same price  , if you don't watch any HDR content .

There are also TV boxes which supported 4k resolution .

I’m looking for a durable & decent 65 inch below RM5k for 90% Astro & 10% youtube for my family.

My current TV is 11 years old Panasonic Plasma TH-P42X10k, it still working alright just got 1 blue spot not too visible.

Anyone can give me some suggestion?
If die die want Panasonic, what would be the choice?
