i stay in a pv building now, pv15... here are some takes on it..
- okay workmanship, don't see much water leaking, major breakdowns - a lot of units in one floor. so waiting for lift is a nightmare at peak hours. - materials used is cheap, you can hear a pin drop form the unit upstairs, everytime the wind blow, your door will rattle (very noisy) - simple facilities. - conclusion, for its price, not much complains, but set your expectations correctly.
Rumawip sold out? Heard a lot leftover few month ago.
To be honest, location not so good ...
Rumawip sold out long time ago. Nothing special here, just alot of Taruc students staying in this area. McD, Aeon Big, PV128, Setapak central mall is nearby, places for students to hang out. Not walkable to Taruc or LRT station, but got rapid KL bus around. The road at Danau Kota is quite narrow and people just simply park at the roadside, traffic will be terrible when Platinium Teratai & this PV18 fully occupied

Very happening PV15/16/13/10 all students hotspot. Just visit there during the night. Traffic overflow until into the main road Jalan Genting Klang. Want to turn in to the road also need to queue especially during peak after work hour.
The shops opposite PV15/16 and PV128 also good business.

Pv128 change hand too many alrealdy l. Good business but still cannot sustain

So are the residents allowed to enter the unit oredi? Just wanted to know which brand of lift they are using as I noticed for PV 18, they are using Schindler, not sure if they are using the same for Rumahwip as well.
All previous PV projects are using mainly Eita Schneider lift...

I used to live in PV condos, EITA sucks so bad, always break down and very slow fixing it.
yup, overall above avg if compared to some rumawip. Not all the unit are good as some unit's balcony facing a wall due to L shape building, but luckily this wip you can choose unit instead of random drawing. Some minor defect like broken switch and small line crack. Corridor is wide and bright, not too dark. The main problem is hard to install aircond especially route to master room, and the balcony little bit small too. So far didnt see any pipe expose inside house. Lift lobby with access card like shopping mall without fancy see through glass compared to some wip that didnt give you closed lift lobby. Parking road little bit narrow on ground floor, now sure about above.

Yes, you are right. The rest you will need to do it urself. I think this is pretty standard for condos with similar price tag unless you are buying slightly higher priced condos.

I have visited several condos, indeed most of them do not provide A/C point for all rooms.
Some don't even have water heater point in the toilet.
