Lazada voucher / payment error

anyone from lazada?
placed an order using gift voucher last night. the order went through. shortly after midnight the verification completed successfully, but there was technical error and the order got canceled. the voucher expired today...can someone help?  This post has been edited by kit2: Jan 8 2018, 06:07 PM |
