I have two vouchers that expire tomorrow, wanna use it today
Ordered two things, both got payment problems
Complained to customer service , they say will get back to me in 24 to 48 hrs, by that time my voucher expire already .......

they also asked me to provide "bank reference number", problem is now they use Alipay or something, they don't send comfirmation emails after payment went through, unlike Ipay88, so how the hell am I supposed to provide them that?

anyone from lazada?

placed an order using gift voucher last night. the order went through. shortly after midnight the verification completed successfully, but there was technical error and the order got canceled.

the voucher expired today...can someone help?

Use Lazada live chat to get fast solution. Post here no use, you waste your time and energy .

thanks! indeed much more responsive..voucher needs revalidation..need to wait 24 hours though.
